Call Center - Confirmations Sales Agent

Job Overview:

We are currently hiring exceptional Call Center Confirmations Agents. Our Confirmations team has inbound and outbound calls for already scheduled appointments. Ensuring all needs are met before we meet with our customers.

• $15 per hour base pay plus bonuses!

• Paid training.

Requirements:

• Consulting with our customers to ensure their complete satisfaction and understanding of the value of their Solar product.

• Have a professional manner and be an expert at establishing rapport with clients quickly.

• Effectively overcame and handled objections.

• Create a positive experience for all clients.

• Must have your own computer/laptop.

• Must live in the state of Pennsylvania.

Qualifications:

• Prior Call Center, Appointment Scheduling, Sales, or Customer Service experience.

• A professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.

• Strong work ethic and ambition to succeed.

• Willing to be mentored and eager to learn.
